Job Description
- Receipt of new technical projects from the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- Follow-up to the technical department until the completion of the drawings, whether manual drawing or AutoCAD.
- Coordination and follow-up with the painter abroad until receiving the drawings and determining the colors
- Conducting a study for the project.
- Planning the project's needs of raw materials "glass - colors - tin - other requirements".
- Coordination with the financial department to manage the financial needs of the project.
- Studying the human resource needs of the department.
- Planning work team schedules according to deliverables and following up.
- Distribute tasks to the work team and make the required changes to the schedules if required.
- Full coordination between the work team to complete the task.
- Supervising and following up on all technical and administrative works related to glass.
- Follow up the balance and the demand limit for the glass store.
- Reviewing periodic reports by uploading the number of working hours on each project.
- Responsible for developing technical skills by training employees to continuously improve production quality.
- Solve the problems facing the department.
- Responsible for the evaluations of the work team.
- Follow up the coordination and approval of vacations for the work team.
