Job Description
- Prepare plans and operation programs for all plastic production machines
- Manage the overall activities of the department including but not limited to production, processing, machine maintenance and tool maintenance and repair.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of both the long and short term goals for the department.
- Production planning and cost cutting achiever and KPis
- Preparing production reports that contain operating and stopping rates, optimum performance rates for machines and analyzing operating conditions
- Implement and follow regular preventive maintenance procedures
- Document, report and maintain all critical production information
- Support new tool design and development
Job Requirements
- Giza/6th of October city Residency is preferred.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Specialized in Mechanics, Electricity or Production)
- Has Very well knowledge and Provides technical assistance to molding technicians and operators.
- Very good English language
- Excellent Knowledge about plastic materials and quality standards
- Experience working in the manufacturing of Plastic
- Excellent knowledge and experience in reading data sheets of plastic material.
- ERP User (Must)
- Experience 5-7 years in managerial Position
