Job Description
- Greet, assist and direct visitors to the appropriate staff members and respond public inquiries.
- Answer all incoming calls and handle the caller's inquiries.
- Redirect calls and take messages when required.

- Pick up and deliver mail and arranging couriers.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all the correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meeting, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
