Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR Director to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions across group subsidiaries and external clients.

As the HR business partner, the candidate will play a crucial role in fostering positive employer-employee relations, implementing strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local regulations in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic HR Management:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
    • Leverage comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) within all HR functions, ensuring seamless integration into strategic initiatives.
    • Provide leadership in planning, developing, and implementing HR policies and programs, utilizing HRIS to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Demonstrate intensive knowledge of drafting HR policies and procedures in line with KSA's regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
    • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify and implement innovative HRIS solutions that align with organizational goals.
    • Stay informed about emerging HR technology trends and proactively recommend enhancements to existing systems.
    • Offer strategic guidance on HRIS utilization to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
  2. Client Management:

    • Act as the primary HR contact for external clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. HR Business Partner:

    • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
    • Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  4. Governmental Relations:

    • Maintain strong relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies in KSA.
    • Stay abreast of changes in local labor laws and regulations.
    • Demonstrate awareness and proficiency in navigating all relevant governmental portals in KSA.
    • Collaborate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) team to ensure efficient handling of documentation and processes related to government interactions.
    • Ensure timely submission of required documents and compliance with governmental requirements.
    • Supervise and manage the PRO team, providing guidance on government-related matters.
