Job Description

This position focuses on the boosting of sales within the organization. It requires good communication skills, maintenance of professional relationships with business clients, suppliers, and partners, and a long-term vision for the overall future of the organization. It is built around research and development and requires working with employees of all departments; while conducting various daily meetings to achieve goals.

Description:

  • Serves patients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies nursing staff and physicians of patient arrival.
  • Maintains telecommunications system.
  • Informs patient/visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining physician schedules.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years’ experience in hospitality, medical service industries
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer usage skills
  • Fluent English and Arabic speaker
  • Extremely Strong Organizational skills
  • Strong etiquette and conversation skills (with both internal clients and external clients)
  • Good listening skills
  • Professionalism
  • Patience with customers/patients
  • Handles work under pressure
