Job Description
This position focuses on the boosting of sales within the organization. It requires good communication skills, maintenance of professional relationships with business clients, suppliers, and partners, and a long-term vision for the overall future of the organization. It is built around research and development and requires working with employees of all departments; while conducting various daily meetings to achieve goals.
Description:
- Serves patients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies nursing staff and physicians of patient arrival.
- Maintains telecommunications system.
- Informs patient/visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining physician schedules.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years’ experience in hospitality, medical service industries
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong computer usage skills
- Fluent English and Arabic speaker
- Extremely Strong Organizational skills
- Strong etiquette and conversation skills (with both internal clients and external clients)
