Job Description
- Handle all customers-related duties including but not limited to following up on existing clients, contacting leads and prospects, and conducting effective meetings.
- Listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients.
- Approach new clients & closing deals.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisement.
- Follow up with customers on pen leads and update its status daily.
- Handle orientation program for new projects .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1~4Years of experience ( Real estate background is a must) .
- Fluent English .
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities .
- Strong communication skills .
- Presentable.
- Own a car
