Job Description

  • Answers facebook messages and comments
  • Answers instagram comments and messages
  • Answers customer calls
  • Handles customer problems and comes up with solutions to their problems
  • Communicates with the operations team to solve any customer problems
  • Logs orders and customer requests
  • Answers customer emails
  • Answers website chat
  • Follows up on customer problems till its solved
  • Communicates with management the feedback from customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Great communication skills
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic both written & spoken
  • Fast typing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong work Ethics is a must
  • Able to speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice
  • Flexible with changes in business needs & processes
  • Experience working with an E-commerce business is a plus
  • Experience working with google sheets is a plus
  • Team Player
  • Attention to detail
