Duties Include :
- Provides an interisting and enjoyable activities for young children.
- May supervise several play areas at one time.
Duties Include :
- Taking care of our customers , both children and their families
- Provides interesting and enjoyable activities for young children (gets the children feeling at home )
- Being friendly to children and interested in their needs
- Uphold health and safety policies and guidelines in working with children
- Define, interpret and apply rules for children in a good manner
- Communicate effectively with children of various ages and stages of development
- Being calm and controlled while dealing with children with unwanted behavior
- Promoting a positive model of behavior to children and their parents
- Showing care, consideration and respect to children and their parents
- Provide high quality customer service
- Help innovate and implement new ideas to keep the children and their parents interested
- Greets and welcome parents with their children upon their arrival
- Respond to conflict positively
- Provide constant supervision of children in the play facility at all times.
