Job Description
- Perform wet and instrumental analysis (HPLC, UV, GC, Melting point device, Viscometer, Conductmeter, Titroprocessor, pH meter, Balance, Furnaces, muffles , ovens, Polarimeter device, Centrifuge, Sieve analyzer and Disintegration tester)of raw materials.
- Perform physical testing and chemical analysis of pharmaceutical packaging material.
- Sampling of raw and packaging material according to approved SOPs from warehouse.
- Prepare and standardizes working standards , volumetric solutions, reagents and indicators.
- Calibrate instruments according to work instructions to ensure compliance to standards.
- Follows the approved controlled standard operating procedures, raw materials and packaging material specifications and test methods during test performing.
- Follows the instructions of environmental, Health and Safety.
- Maintain the quality control approved control records related to the daily work.
- Issues and signs test certificates.
- Report and participate in investigation of any OOS case or NCR.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Pharmaceutical or Science.
- Experience required from 2 to 3 years.
