Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
Gain an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them in accordance with PKI standards and E-signature law and the quality standards to all teams.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
Develop monthly reports showing the testing performance and improvement opportunities.
Responsible to implement and maintain best security standards and policies to protect information systems architecture.
Conduct meetings regularly with the department manager to help meeting project pre-set goals.
Performs other duties as described by department manager/Electronic Transactions Security Sector Director.
Monitors industry security updates, technologies and best practices to improve security management.
Align objectives of the team with those that support business objectives, ensures delivery of objectives.
Manage and develop the performance of team members to meet both business and skills development targets, Information Security professional services and PKI consultation.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or software/computer engineering.
Software testing certifications are a must.
7+ years of practical experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Ability to understand and create test plans and test cases from specifications or verbal communications.
Liaison with development, project management, and customer support.
