Job Description
- Has commercial responsibility for (sales) relations. Should actively manage, maintain, and develop new relations (sales acquisition).
- Translates a customer request into a quotation.
- Costing and selecting the suitable equipment.
- Prepares quotations including technical specifications.
- Negotiation and finalization of the quotations with the clients.
- Coordinating all activities together with the sales manager and other departments of the company.
- After receipt of orders, prepares order confirmations, collects payment, and follows up till shipment of the material.
- Sales support to branch offices and distributors in the region.
- Tender evaluation, preliminary costing, preparation of specifications and offers.
- Reports both formal and informal to Service Manager regarding daily business in the assigned region.
- Consults customers, suppliers and subcontractors if needed.
- Consults service engineers, project managers and project sales engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Aftermarket Segment within Egypt market.
- Previous experience with refrigeration is an advance.
- Proven track record of selling AMC contract and getting L&M jobs.
- knowledge of HVAC system refrigeration.
- Proficiency in generating new business from running refrigeration installation base also generating new business.
- Determined, results driven, strong sales drive.
- Fluent language skills in English.
- Proficient in conducting technical site audits.
- Valid driving license.
