About the Job
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the CEO office.
  • Handle and organize meetings inside and outside the company.
  • Responsible for taking minutes of meetings, comments, and details to provide general assistance during meetings.
  • Deal with incoming emails and replies for necessary and urgent issues if required.
  • Screen phone calls inquire and requested and handling them when appropriate
  • Handle any needed signature from the CEO to sign in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for scheduling CEO meetings
  • Responsible for any internal communication from the CEO with managers and employees
  • Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation for CEO and traveling employees
  • Maintain filing system hard copy and soft copies
  • Follow up on pending subjects and report the feedback independently
  • Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the CEO.
Job Requirements
  • Males only
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a reputable university
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same role.
  • Very Good in English is a must
  • Multitasking and can work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain Confidentiality.
  • Flexible working hours when required
  • Excellent Organizing Skills
