Job Description
- Submit noncollectable accounts for the direct manager.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone & meetings.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Report in a timely manner overdue installments collection status.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the customer service department.

- Good experience of Real Estate contracts issuing and answer all clients questions regarding the contract.
