Job Description
Job Duties:
- Liaise and coordinate with forwarders, shipping companies, and third-party logistics providers, including handling order processing, fulfillment, and timely delivery to customers including storage, packaging, and tagging of goods supplied.
- Communicate the status of Orders, shipping/receiving activities to management and business units, as necessary.
- Coordinate pricing (quotations, price list, promotions)
- Coordinate and handling stock status on company online platform
- Compares prices among various vendors and suppliers in order to make sound purchasing decisions.
- Works within a given budget to purchase goods and services.
- Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory.
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
- Checks invoices for accuracy and authorizes the accounts payable department to issue payments
Working Condition:-
- Days off: Saturday & Friday
- Working Hours: From 9 am to 5 pm.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Gender: Females only
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a procurement officer or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Fluent English speaker and writer.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Good multitasking and organizational ability
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Positive attitude and Persuasive and know how to negotiate well.
