Job Description

  • Provide executive and administrative support .
  • Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes when requested.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Responsible for organizing travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses.
  • Organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
  • Handle all official company correspondence (emails, letters, faxes, approvals…etc.).
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or relative field.
  • Professional in dealing with MS Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & outlook.
  • Very Good command of English.
  • Females only.
  • Presentable.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind.
  • New Nozha resident or nearby is high preferably
