Job Description
- Provide executive and administrative support .
- Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes when requested.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Responsible for organizing travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses.
- Organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
- Handle all official company correspondence (emails, letters, faxes, approvals…etc.).
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or relative field.
- Professional in dealing with MS Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & outlook.
- Very Good command of English.
- Females only.
- Presentable.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind.
