Job Description
- Assist in setting brand objectives and strategies that meet business strategy and goals
- Research markets and study the company’s brand
- Mange effectively the assigned brand plans and targets through deep analysis of brand data, competitors and market data.
- Understand consumer insights and barriers, & determine the right touch points communication to drive brand message throughout all marketing channels including brochures, outdoor, direct-to -consumer marketing, social media and point-of-sales material.
- Responsible for handling customer complains in order to ensure customer loyalty
- Cooperate with multi-functional project teams to deliver business growth through initiative/promotion/pricing plan development, planning, execution and summarizing results/learning.
- Conduct Product Training and brand orientation for sales team.
- Making Continuous market visits and studies on markets, consumer behavior and latest trends
- Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns
- Align with communication team to ensure on all related brand communications as per set strategy
- Align with trade marketing team to get daily products, markets and competition performance
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales
- Following market trends and presenting creative ideas
- Using analytical skills supported with all needed reports to drive right decision on product design, pricing ,communication, competitive plans and trade strategy and performance and report on brand performance
- oversee marketing and advertising initiatives, sales strategies, and production decisions
- Identify growth opportunities, develop a meaningful innovation pipeline, create marketing program that best integrates advertising, trial and trade programs.
- Pre-and post-evaluation of main activities taking place during the year.(ROI)
- Formulate the proposals and networks of assigned brand activities, and cascade those plans to sub- category teams and assign related tasks to each one of them.
- Coordinate & follow up with sub-category team and cross function departments to ensure & facilitate brand plans achievement and brand targets
- Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing profits and reducing costs
- Analyze industry, competition and market trends
- Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
- Define innovative business building ideas to increase business prospects.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies for brand awareness and profitability.
- Provide assistance in developing brand positioning and communication strategies.
- Manage consumer and trade promotional activities and marketing events.
- Manage cross-functional teams to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets.
- Work with Research and Development (R&D) team and technical application team to convert innovative business ideas into products.
- Provide necessary assistance to Brand Manager in all activities ensuring on brand building.
- Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning and brand optimization of company products.
- Assist in developing annual business plan for profitable company growth.
- Work with other business units to execute business plans to meet revenue targets.
- Analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development.
- Monitor and control expenses within allocated budget.
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience Min: 2 Max: 4 in FMCG industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing Major is a plus.
- Working knowledge of marketing and basic financial background.
- Solid on writing persuasive briefs, and translating winning ideas into winning executions
- Understanding of financial principles and the ability to practically apply these to the brand Ability to effectively present an idea or concept.
- Analytical skills to clearly identify and analyze market trends in order to protect and capitalize on present and future business opportunities.
- Problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and computer skills (word, excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices
