Job Description
- Create and execute test plans that incorporate both intended feature design as well as customer workflows [use cases] to validate all aspects of features/enhancements satisfy user needs.
- Coordinate internal staff training for new releases.
- Coordinate and manage Beta launch and new product releases to customers.
- Maintain issue [bug] tracking, including root cause and corrective actions.
- Maintain official Product Documentation for internal staff (Knowledgebase)
- Maintain Customer Conversion process, including application updates, documentation updates, and completion of customer conversions as needed.
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting tools.
Job Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications
- Knowledge in database management
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice
- Database query skills are preferred, but not required.
