Job Description

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (ENV. & RAD."NEC/NOKIA"), and support FM to solving alarms and performed work orders on time.
  • Following up office teams and distribution works within agreed time limits.
  • Tracking received Alarms and Work Orders issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers via phone, whatsap and Mails.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Following up with third party (vendors, negotiators, owners, …) and updates.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged for All received Alarms and Work Orders with timing and taken actions.

Job Requirements

  • BSC in Communication & Electronic Engineering.
  • Well knowledge in implementation for New sites.
  • Well knowledge in Site Survey.
  • Well Knowledge in Commissioning Sites 2G-3G-U900-LTE Equipment .
  • Well Knowledge in making Process Problem or reserves before action.
  • Well knowledge to accomplished all Task needed before & After any Actions.
  • Hard worker performance needed & self confidence.
  • Computer package needed such windows 7 , XLS, Outlook.
  • Passing courses for GSM,DCS,3G , LTE .
