Job Description
- Distinguish between operating problems, design-related system performance and a technical faults
- Administrate Dealer Portal DISS system in the market and assure all messages are replied within the context of issue rectification.
- Where necessary through the dealers network offers support to the workshop team leaders and the workshop employees in performing diagnoses on complex cases.
- Passes on his/her knowledge and experience to the technical workshop employees.
- Continuously acquires information about the state-of-the-art of vehicle technology and vehicle systems using all available media and systems.
- Review on product changes, new products and technical bulletins from the manufacture and distribute them to the appropriate market responsible.
- Responsible for ensuring that the diagnostic devices meet the latest technical requirements laid down by ŠKODA Auto company
- Ensures that the diagnosis and the maintenance work necessitated by same are performed in accordance with the ŠKODA Service Guidelines in force at the time in question
- Support dynamic marketing and press events as required.
- Support and ensure recalls and campaigns carried out by the Retailers as required.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Mechanical Engineering
- Proven technical training in the automotive technology
- 0-4 year experience in automotive industry / service workshop
- 2 years of comparable experience in a Dealership environment, or equivalent role.
