Job Description
- All secretarial works
- Coordination between the various departments of the company to follow up on the implementation of the instructions of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and maintain the secrets of the company.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Other duties may be assigned by Executive Manager job requirements
Job Requirements
- Must have experience From 2: 5 years
- Females ONLY
- Bachelor Degree from any faculty, preferred to be from business administration department
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Must Proficient in MS Office Presentable
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent command of English
- Strong and confident personality
