Job Description
- Handle PHD projects to be a convenient livable area with all the facilities & services to match with the client satisfaction.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of PHD projects service providers.
- Manage the facility firms serving the projects (trash removal, maintenance, landscaping, Security, and other services).
- Manage all the facilities companies contracts (MEP, Landscape, Security, Utilities).
- Handle all facilities emergency cases and maintain a trouble-free environment for PHD compounds community
- Investigate and settle complaints, disturbances, and violations.
- Inspect all building facilities including the infrastructures and equipment.
- Maintain professional relations with owners to discuss their community needs and to ensure the highest quality service
- Develop innovative & cost-effective solutions based on client requirements for enhancing client satisfaction and organizational bottom lines.
- Prepare and present various status reports for the senior management team and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Relevant post graduate studies is preferred.
- Work Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience within construction, engineering or real estate field.
- Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and leadership skills. Very good presentation skills. Customer oriented.
