Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install the buildings cables and network peripherals.
- Install conduits in floors and walls.
- Replace UPS batteries as needed and repair rectification and inverting power circuit boards.
- Mounting servers and network racks.
- Install and replace the electric power nodes, cables and switches.
- Run and terminate UTP cables.
- Where required, administer and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation software products as it pertains to the Network
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding network problems
- Answer to and perform moves, additions, and changes requests as they are submitted by appropriate managers·
- Maintain an inventory of all Network equipment
- Monitoring and Maintaining IP Camera System.
- Monitor and analyze network performance on the LAN and WAN
- Ensure network and IP connectivity of all workstations, application servers, and back-end office infrastructure
- Coordinate third-party repair of hardware when necessary
Job Requirements
IT Network Technician with Knowledge and Experience :
- Knowledge with incident management and service desk operations.
- Knowledge of network fundamentals.
- Experience in fixing and managing hardware errors.
- Knowledge of common errors and their solutions.
- Network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills.
