Job Description

  • Completion of the documentary cycle of the sale process .
  • Create new sales opportunities in new markets .
    Follow up on existing customers to activate sales volume .
  • Complete the transaction from sending the quotation, receiving the purchase order and agreeing on the price and supply .
  • Supervising the receipt of the application according to the required specifications .
    Follow market changes and competitors .
    Achieving the desired goals .
  • Executes business plan to grow business in export
  • Creates strong database of current and new customers
  • Collects information from the market concerning trends, competition and market needs to give trade marketing vision
  • Being responsible from managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them
  •  Input sales data, Arrange necessary documents (invoice, sales contract, purchase order)
     Correspond to customer's inquiries and request, Maintain customers information.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degre 
  • At least 2 years experience in export sales in industrial companies preferred
  • Working with all shipping programs, export and insurance .
  • Good user for Microsoft Office - E-mail - Export Systems .
  • Always ready to develop .
  • Fluent French speaker is preferred.
  • V. good speaking and writing English
