Job Description
- Search & Open new Market to attract new clients.
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
- Achieve the monthly or annual revenue target
- Functional tasks : Contacting potential and existing clients to inform them of the company's services
- Answering customer questions about services Understand customer requirements and complete sales by asking various questions
- Dealing with clients' requests accurately
- Make every effort to achieve the required sales percentage and facilitate upcoming sales
- Data Build/Lead Generation: based on the required parameters
- Selling the full range of the company products all over the Phone
- Assist in generating new sales leads
- Contacting potential clients to establish and arrange meetings
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Search for potential partners
- Ability to create and maintain effective relationships with people
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Attend meetings with clients

- Following up with clients ( Managing accounts ).
- Full Time / 2 Days Off

Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 Months Experience in Business Developer position ( Digital Marketing )
- Owning a Car is Preferable
- Maadi or nearby areas residents are preferred
- Real Estate Background is preferred
- Strong data online Searching skill, Data update and lead generating.
- 1-3 years of experience in ( Real estate is preferred )
- Perfect communication skills and phone etiquette are necessary for the job
- Computer Background is a must
- Good Internet skills
- Good communication skills
- English is good
- Bachelor degree
