Job Description
- We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team to serve one of our US-based long-term contracts.

- You will act as a frontline interface with premium customers, the role involves assisting with setups, orders, account questions, and other queries.
Responsibilities
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Advise on company information.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with customer service leader to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Job Requirements
