Job Description
- Provide IT support to all Cairo office employees, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues with the help of a small team.
- Manage and maintain servers and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, particularly ISO 27001 standards, and implement best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.
- Work with auditors to provide necessary evidence and documentation during audits, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Act as the primary responder for emergency situations, available to come to the office at any time to address critical issues.
- Ensure that all servers and computers are properly updated with the latest patches and software updates to maintain security and performance.
- Take primary responsibility for all IT assets, including maintaining an accurate asset inventory and managing the lifecycle of hardware and software.
- Maintain and keep all IT-related documentation up to date, including procedures, policies, and technical manuals.
- Report regularly to the Corporate IT Manager, including timely reporting of any incidents or significant IT issues.
- Work closely with Business Managers to understand their IT needs and provide valuable solutions that support business objectives.
- Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science.
- 7 years in IT field, including 5 years in leading positions.
- High experience and skills in working with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, Radius Authentication, ADFS, File Servers DFSR, Hyper V Virtualization, Exchange Server, SharePoint, Project Server, and SQL.
- Excellent skills and high experience in configuring network devices, including firewalls like Cisco ASA, FortiGate, Sophos, switches, and wireless devices like Cisco and Aruba.
- Excellent skills and high experience in security technologies, including Anti-malware, DLP, Encryption, SSL Certificates, and Email Security, ISO 27001.
