Job Description
General purpose: responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness, impressions and conversion
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 3- 4 years of experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or similar role
- Marketing Experience – social media ( preferable e-commerce )
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Arabic / English languages (written & spoken).
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
