Job Description
- Assist the development Technical team
- Supervise the shop drawings and electromechanical coordination.
- Review the calculations needed for each project.
- Deliver all warranties, as-built and training to the owner.
- Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs.
Job Requirements
- Must have Developer background
- Must have at least 1 t0 3 years experience
- Able to manage multi-projects
- Worked on residential and commercial
- Must have experience working in New Capital
- Good experience in MEP
