Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer Hardware, Software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person, over the phone or Via email).
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
- Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware.
- Diagnosing systems errors and other issues.
- Following up with users to ensure full resolution.
- Running reports to analysis common complaints and problems.
- Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related.
- 2 of years experience or more.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Familiarity with both pc and software, experience with network repairs.
- Ability to communicate effectively to help users fix their issues.
