Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer Hardware, Software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • ‌Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • ‌Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person, over the phone or Via email).
  • ‌Setting up accounts for new users 
  • ‌Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • ‌Testing new technology.
  • ‌Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
  • ‌Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware.
  • ‌Diagnosing systems errors and other issues.
  • ‌Following up with users to ensure full resolution.
  • ‌Running reports to analysis common complaints and problems. 
  • ‌Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or related.
  • ‌2 of years experience or more.
  • ‌Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
  • ‌Familiarity with both pc and software, experience with network repairs.
  • ‌Ability to communicate effectively to help users fix their issues.
