Job Description
• Prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads.
• Follow-up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Finding new clients and building a strong referral pipeline and powerful relationships with them. Understand and leverage the client’s personal style.
• Visiting sites to collect information about available properties and arranging for photographs to be taken.
• Marketing and promoting properties for sale or rent. Visiting and talking to landlords about their property and its features; ensure properties meet technical and legal requirements.
• Representing the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers; advising clients and helping buyers to decide what they want to buy; making sure that the pricing and other details are agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller.
• Keeping up to date with trends in the real estate market.
• Act as a property manager and resolve any issues that arise with properties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- Must to have a car.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related business field.
- Excellent clients’ satisfaction skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources
- Goal-orientated and have the ability to articulate their goals clearly and assign timelines.
- Possesses a strong desire for success in selling and being passionate about it.
- Presentable, confident, flexible, and a good team player.
- Committed and punctual.
- Have High communication skills and able to easily establish rapport.
- Energetic, Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Initiative and able to focus on opportunities and solutions.
