Job Description
- Calculate P&C technical provisions per line of business as part of the financial closing procedures (IBNR, UPR, Retrograde, IFRS17 components)
- Calculate the company’s technical loss ratio and experience per each line of business monthly.
- Prepare the liability projections for the ALM exercise
- Prepare all required reports/statistics by the regulator "FRA" and group actuarial center
- Provide Actuarial support for any Non-life IT system development.
- Calculate the solvency position and capital requirements for the GI company in accordance with the Egyptian law and the Sanlam Allianz guidelines and regulations
Job Requirements
- University degree in Actuarial Science
- Pursuing Actuarial exams through the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries (UK) or the Society of Actuaries (USA) with key progress made in core technical subjects or their equivalent
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Actuarial Knowledge
- Application of knowledge to specific deliverables (interaction of actuarial decisions with overall business)
- Data interpretation
- Understanding and knowledge of product portfolio
- Knowledge of Actuarial Software
