Job Description
- Responsible for cash circulation in the store and is considered a guard and trustee over it, especially during official bank holidays and to ensure its security.
- Responsible for store keys and their security.
- Follow all procedures and instructions in the operating procedures manual and new ones.
- Responsible for making operating schedules for the store and following up on implementation.
- Approving goods' orders from suppliers.
- Responsible, along with shift leader, for receiving goods from suppliers according to the procedures specified by the management.
- Periodically reviewing goods in the store and comparing them with reports or the store's automated system.
- Planning, organizing and implementing sales plans in accordance with company's policies.
- Reviewing the overall cleanliness of the store.
- Participating with operation management in planning and implementation of all policies, procedures, strategies and planned operating systems during the time period determined by the senior management and the company's operation department.
Job Requirements
- Education: General Secondary or Azharian with a minimum.
- Age: not less than 18 years old.
- Previous Experiences: Experience in the field for at least 5 years is required.
Other requirements:
- Presentable.
- High skills in the art of effective communication and communication.
- Good Knowledge of computer programs.
- Commitment to the schedules and times of attendance.
- Flexibility in moving between company's stores.
- Interest in helping the store team.
- Ability to work at different times during the day.
- Ability to manage a team and deal with different intellectual and educational levels.
