Responsibilities: FOH
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
- Discuss beverage items, make suggestions, and answer any inquiries.
- Properly handle and maintain all coffee or brewing equipment.
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
- Adhere with health, safety and hygiene guidelines and regulations.
- Stock inventory according to storage requirements.
- Keep bar and area hygienic and clean.
- Maintain stocks of clean utensils, cups, and mugs.
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
- Working with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to maintain high standards in the quality of food both as to its preparation and its presentation.
- To observe all Company Food Hygiene and Health and Safety policy
- To assist the Head Chef, to check the completeness of all food and kitchen equipment sent to each function
- To assist the Head Chef to check the completeness of all suppliers’ deliveries and the correctness of their invoices
- To set out, maintain and monitor high standards of cooking
- Ensuring Unit kitchen is left clean and tidy at all times.
- Minimum 2 years experience in standalone concepts & specialty coffee
- Creative & detail oriented
- Excellent people management skills
