Job Description

Job Summary:
Serve guests in a quick, efficient, friendly, and professional manner that meets or exceeds guest’s expectations. 
Responsibilities: FOH
  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
  • Discuss beverage items, make suggestions, and answer any inquiries.
  • Properly handle and maintain all coffee or brewing equipment.
  • Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
  • Adhere with health, safety and hygiene guidelines and regulations.
  • Stock inventory according to storage requirements.
  • Keep bar and area hygienic and clean.
  • Maintain stocks of clean utensils, cups, and mugs.
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
Responsibilities: BOH
  • Working with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to maintain high standards in the quality of food both as to its preparation and its presentation.
  • To observe all Company Food Hygiene and Health and Safety policy
  • To assist the Head Chef, to check the completeness of all food and kitchen equipment sent to each function
  • To assist the Head Chef to check the completeness of all suppliers’ deliveries and the correctness of their invoices
  • To set out, maintain and monitor high standards of cooking
  • Ensuring Unit kitchen is left clean and tidy at all times.
Criteria:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in standalone concepts & specialty coffee
  • Creative & detail oriented
  • Excellent people management skills
