Job Description

Shalakany is looking for an experienced, and ambitious HR Coordinator to join our team. This position is well suited to an individual that’s familiar with performance analysis, evaluation, enhancing, and sustaining

An HR Coordinator for Shalakany Would be responsible for the following:

  • OD
  • Recruitment
  • Hiring
  • Evaluation and appraisals 
  • Trainings and Upskilling 
  • Law Students Summer Trainings 

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 4 Years of experience in HR & Personnel Role
  • Excellent Arabic and English, both written and Spoken
  • Excellent Computer Skills:
    • MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) 
  • Excellent Technical Writing 
  • Knowledge of The Egyptian Labor Law
  • Legal Firms Experience is Preferable
