Job Description
- the overall internal audit report of the company, including the annual audit plan, checklist Developing the system by enhancing the organizational processes of the company and outlining the operational procedures for all departments.
- Evaluating the performance of the departments within the company based on their adherence to assigned tasks and continuous learning to improve their performance.
- Reviewing the control of documented information for the entire system, including quality, production, purchasing, and inventory records, as well as documents related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other quality management systems being implemented.
- Verifying the technical specifications of raw materials and final products, and approving them according to quality standards, as well as adopting Standard Operation Procedures for analysis and production processes.
- Reviewing, and internal audit report.
- Monitoring risk analysis and assessment for different departments within the company.
- Monitoring the calibration process for measuring devices and preparing calibration reports in accordance with quality standards.
- Reviewing the company's internal and external standard specifications.
- Maintaining a file of external laboratory analysis, accredited laboratories (ISO 17025), to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Preparing the company's context of operation (a guide explaining the company's activities, quality policy, and influential entities both internally and externally) and developing a process flow diagram for the entire company.
- Participating in the company's future goal plan and proposing improvement projects for the company.
- Reviewing daily Quality Control reports.
- Supervising the inspection of incoming raw material imports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in science major chemistry
- 5-7years in the same position
- Fluency in English
- Detail-Oriented and analytical
- Microsoft office
- good communication skills
