Job Description

  • Answering phone calls and greeting the clients.
  • Responsible for uploading ads online for the sales department.
  • Responsible for entering and distributing leads to sales agents on CRM.
  • Make the required daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Follow-up works progress and performance of employees.
  • Assists in new marketing campaigns Reporting new leads.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate or the same position.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Only for females below 30 years old.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
