Job Description

Role Purpose:

The role will own the Employer Branding Strategy for the Egypt centre of _VOIS. Will work closely with the business, COEs, and other relevant teams and stakeholders, to conceptualise and implement employer value proposition (EVP) embedment campaigns. Will also grow relationships with key external partners to help achieve our vision of becoming an employer of choice in the IT & ITeS sector.




Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

1.    Create and own the Employer Branding Strategy, Outline and communicate our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) internally & externally. Single point of contact for Employer Branding & Talent Attraction business needs for our Egypt centre.
2.    Conceptualise and deliver high impact employer branding campaigns, including content creation and content marketing, by working effectively with key COEs like D&I, CSR, Youth, Future Ready, Spirit, Talent Acquisition and others. 
3.    Manage & amplify _VOIS’s global employer brand on company’s external social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), _VOIS Careers, LinkedIn Life & Glassdoor.
4.    Manage and groom our key internal and external ambassador communities, from an employer branding perspective i.e. youth, new joiners, alumni etc.
5.    Manage & leverage relationships with key external partners i.e. social media agencies. Great Place to Work Institute, Glassdoor, to position _VOIS as an employer of choice in the IT & ITeS industry.




Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

Essential: 
1.    Deep understanding of Employer Branding, Employer Value Proposition, Talent Attraction, social media and online media use for employer branding purposes.


Experience: 
1.    Experienced at having developed EVP and employer branding strategies, with proven impact
2.    Experience managing social media, content marketing & digital strategy for Employer Brand Building, EVP Embedment and Online Reputation Management.
3.    Strong stakeholder & partner management skills to create & sustain successful global collaborations.
4.    Proven track record of being a go-getter, motivated and creative professional with demonstrated event, project and budget management skills. Ability to multi-task and manage complex global projects.




Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:

1.    Master’s Degree in Marketing or HR.
2.    3-6 years of in-house or agency experience in Employer Branding Strategy, EVP, Content Marketing, Social Media Strategy, Online Reputation Management and Talent Attraction Strategy.
