- To promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
- Know all the information on products and provide a full explanation of them.
- Provide regular reports on customers and how satisfied or stop some customers from dealing with the company's products with the explanation.
- To provide regular reports on competition in the market in terms of prices, offers, and new products and follow all contingencies of a new market.
- Follow-up after-sales customers and constant communication with them and to respond to complaints and submit them to the department head.
