- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Forecast future trends.
- Allocate brand elements into plans and formulate market strategies.
- Align his vision and strategies with the marketing team of working on brand initiatives.
- Leads creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and oversee any new marketing and advertising activities
- Recommend innovation growth strategies and be up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Analyzing the customer's feedback and developing better marketing strategies
- Make good effective communication and relationships with customers and networking with influencers or any relevant parties to ensure wider reach to the clients through multiple media channel
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as Brand Manager for a minimum of 4 years in the Retail industry
- Having solid practical experience in “Retail” industry is a must
- Have solid experience in identifying the target audience
- Having strong analytical skills
- Having great communication and networking skills
- A marketing certificate is a plus
- Excellent data-driven skills and excellent strategic planning
- Excellent creative problem-solving manners
