Job Description
- Handling all new creations for acquiring banks.
- Handling all documentation issues and resolving them with the mentioned team.
- Enhancing Fawry acceptance to comply with the requirements of the scheme.
- Managing new projects by acquiring banks.
- Managing upgrades and system releases with the acquiring banks.
- Managing with the schemes (Visa, MC & Meeza ) all bank's requirements.
- Enhance Fawry Merchant's performance.
- Revise errors and raise any up normal issues.
- Re-mapping all Fawry departments (Acceptance – Fawry Pay – My Fawry).
- Enhancing installment cycle for acquiring banks.
- Set control for Merchants Creations process.
- Managing Fawry acquiring portfolio (active -nonactive ) merchants.
- Managing with the acquiring banks in order to minimize the rejected transactions and increase the transaction's performance.
- Enhancing cycle for the acquiring banks flow and SLA.
- Set processes and controls for the new projects.
- Revising all Fawry MDR against banks' rates.
- Support the finance team in any issues related to banks' rates and merchants' MDR.
- Support business teams in resolving all their issues with the banks.
- Support financial operations for any issues related to the acquiring banks.
- Enhance authorizing cycle with the acquiring banks by defining the errors and resolve the non-business issues.
- Managing unplanned outages with the acquiring banks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2 to 5 years experience in acquiring field (POS / Digital ).
- Good Command of MS Office.
- Very Good communication skills.
- Good Command of English Language.
