Job Description
- Receive request for the customers enrolled for the online store manager service, collect data from account managers and LMS about subscription details, service needed
- Conduct call meeting with customer, take a brief about project ideas, target customer, market, potential customers, areas to target, products, categories
- Arrange store, dashboard and add products in store maximum 50 products, if more needed contact with MS team to assign specialized teams
- Set up payment services, drop shipping if requested, shipping services, communicate and arrange services needed with company providers
- Arrange with account managers and marketing team for marketing consultancy and marketing service needed
- Manage store daily operations, dashboard, follow up with customer orders, check and reply on store email, follow-up with order delivery, check available products in case of drop shipping, ensure smooth operation within the store, report if bugs occurred and raise to account managers
