We are hiring admin medical representative Immediately in Alexandria
Job Description:
-Daily handle staff medical inquiries and medical approvals.
-Apply medical additions and cancellations on the system.
-Printing the new issuance of medical cards after the policy.
-Handle staff complaints and medical reimbursements.
-Responsible for handling refund process (claims ).
-Working hours from 12 pm to 8 pm /5days per week
