Job Description
- Ensuring all branches operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Providing business excellence through Improving branches operational management systems, processes and implementing best practices.
- Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Develop, implement, and review branches operational policies and procedures aligning with Mersal objectives and current strategy.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives for Operations team.
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations department team members and manage all operational activities and tasks.
- Manage the department budgets and forecasts on monthly / quarterly basis.
- Evaluating branches control system, providing recommendations to ensure continuous improvement of the operational process.
- Conduct staff meetings on regular basis to stay connected to all the team members, and work on brainstorming sessions with them to get new ideas for branches operations improvement & development.
- Develop and maintain strong relation and connection with all concerned departments, mapping all process intersecting with other departments and ensuring the clarity of the duties & responsibilities of all parties to ensure smooth flow of branches operations.
- Develop the reporting system for the team members, and provide follow up & guidance.
- Provide the CEO with operations’ reports on regular basis as requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Operations Management, MBA is preferred .
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role, min 8 years .
- Managerial skills, advanced business skills .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software .
- English very good
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Familiarity with business, budgeting and financial principles.
- Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set operational goals.
- Excellent strategic planning, Leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
