Job Description

  • Responds to client needs in a timely, professional, helpful, and courteous manner, regardless of client attitude
  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Conduct visits to different corporate, introducing the company products
  • Suggesting new promotional offers
  • Maintain good and trusted client business relationship
  • Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders
  • Promoting the corporate entities’ awareness about the Company’s products or services
  • Prepare competitive sales proposals
  • Negotiates Contracts, prices, payment terms and conditions and close deals with clients in a timely manner and maintaining clients’ satisfactions
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Job Requirements

  • BS degree in business administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Person
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
