Job Description
- Manage assessment sessions and resolve any conflicts
- Ensure following the agreed quality standards by all assessors
- Validate all assessment results and ensure fair evaluation
- Providing proficient consultation on all phases of talent management such as assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes and so on.
- Evaluating talent helps talent development managers identify employee readiness, talent gaps, and retention risks
- Establishing ways to measure the total effectiveness of all assessments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- Certified Assessor
- Postgraduate studies in Human Resources
- 5 -7 Years of Experience in Human Resources field – Experience in the Contact Center Industry is an added plus
- 3 years exp. in assessment center
- English Fluency
