Job Description
- Provides proactive support, assistance and acts as resource person to Commercial Excellence Manager to ensure the effective planning.
- Execution of all the Sales Meetings including business reviews and any others. Coordinates communications and activities with key stakeholders including Sales and Line Managers, product specialists, support functions and other stakeholders, as necessary.
- Discuss & put action plan with the sales and marketing team according to the current situation analysis.
- Enhance the cash conversion cycle through being highly interested in how business can
- Be developed and improved by the use of figures and analyses, and how to implement these development tools in the commercial work.
- Leading and supervising the coordinators in all lines.
- Supervising the invoicing checklist & repair cycle through the SFE coordinator.
- Communicating with the foreign supplier concerning any business needs.
- Forecast preparation for each line & analyzing deviation & challenges.
- Prepare inventory analysis report on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for monitoring inventory management.
- Support business leaders with the Inventory database.
Job Requirements
- Business Administration or any related field
- 4-6 Years of experience
- Excellent use of MS. Office
- Excellent communication skills
