- Maximizing profitability and maintaining the discount policy.
- Participate in setting the individual sales target for his sales team.
- Maintaining the store’s sales operating plan for sales team including target and result.
- Maintain the store SOP, complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain the store condition, planogram and visual merchandising standards.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Handle all daily operational issues and challenges.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and needed.
- Maintains his sales team’s job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning monitoring, and appraising

Job Requirements
- University Graduated.
- 4 years of experiences.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focus, Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight
