Job Description

  • Managing day to day operation of six functions including Inbound, Inventory management, Order processing, After-sales services, Customer service and material procurement.
  • Owns end-to-end Operation functions , which includes infrastructure, staffing models, resource hiring, and optimizing utilization
  • Responsible for budgeting and governing all operational costs, as well as cost efficiency.
  • Designing and implementing short, medium and long term countrywide operational strategies.
  • Own business processes and metrics, establish processes for measuring, tracking, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Forecast and plan capacity to meet the business needs and drive a culture of quality and process excellence.
  • Play a major role in selecting, negotiating 3PL deals/contracts with different logistics companies, create needed KPI’s and dash boards to measure performance and customer satisfaction, Suggest improvements and corrective actions
  • Lead the improvement of BU Customer Experience, Vendor Experience Including online experience, delivery experience, product experience, customer service experience, aftersales (returns / warranties) experience, operational experience, payment/finance experience.
  • Evaluating performance objectives and metrics to determine inbound or outbound productivity requirements to achieve customer time, accuracy, and quality expectations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience of which a minimum 3 + years in the same position
  • Minimum 5 years of e-commerce Operations experience with Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high tech-ops start-up with responsibility for leading direct reports and influencing teams in a matrix-ed environment. ·
  • Managing front-line supervisors,
  • Lead large-scale process improvements through Lean process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
  • Have the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional Leadership skills & Analytical skills
