Job Description
We are looking for and Admin Assistant to support the Admissions coordinator in order to provide a high level of administrative service within the company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring student applications are processed accurately and in accordance with the company procedures. Your customer service skills will be essential as you deal with a variety of people both internally and externally
As an Admin Assistant your tasks will include:
- Processing of student applications and related materials
- Liasing with colleagues based in Egypt and Kuwait in order to collect the documents relevant for applications
- Liasing with Management in order to collect information on the different systems used to submit applications
- Replying to emails from partner schools and universities related to the applications and students’ related enquires
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative or process improvement tasks as required
Job Requirements

- Located in Cairo Egypt
- You are a Native Arabic speaker or fluent
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
- You are self-motivated, punctual and highly organised.
- You have good attention to detail and you are patient.
- You are a supportive team player
- You are energetic and ambitious
- You have experience working a high volume of admin in an office environment.
